New Year, New You! Back by request it's ZUMBA! Wear something comfortable ladies and join in on the ever popular Zumba demonstration. Tonight we'll have a health & fitness expert on hand to individually talk to you about your personal specifics in wanting to get in swim-suit shape! We will also have a rep from a Katy area bike shop to talk to us about the right bike for each person. Also a nutritionist and someone to take blood pressure. |

Cooking & Entertaining with ease.........Right from our very own Katy H.E.B. we will have the latest in cooking demonstrations. You'll be able to not only watch, taste and hear about some new recipe ideas, but also take home some recipe cards. We will also have some Katy area cooking shops with us to show case the latest in cooking gadgets and must haves. Then no great meal is complete without the perfect table scape. We're going to have someone with us who can give you some how to's on setting THE perfect table for any occassion. |
